Our Mission
All Inn Care Homes is a limited liability company dedicated to self-empowerment, social development, and overall well-being. We accomplish this by providing long–term housing, personal care, and other support services. Our primary demographic includes the elderly and disabled men and women ages 45 and up. Given the volatility of society, we understand that individuals find themselves in very trying circumstances and unfortunate states of health. Hence, All Inn’s mission is to act as a sanctuary that assists these individuals in their process of healing and personal growth in order to become self-sufficient members of society.
The Vision
All Inn’s wellness program is rooted in self-sufficiency, personal development and self-empowerment. We aim to provide disadvantaged individuals with a sanctuary of healing and care. We understand that disabilities, whether mental or physical, come in all shapes and sizes, and All Inn Care Homes strives to be a necessary support system that stimulates growth and healing for disadvantaged individuals.
The Strategy
Our strategy involves an adaptable approach that is rooted in housing and personal care for the elderly and disabled adults. We accomplish this by providing our clients with a stable environment and assessing their needs. Once a stable environment, an intake interview, and a needs assessment has implemented, we establish structure into their lives with daily routines, activities, and therapy sessions. We believe in providing our clients with a sufficient care based on each clients’ intake interview and needs assessment. In addition to this, we expose clients to positive role models, career resources, and life skills development training.
